Front to back rotation is ok. It's right to left motion at the joint when turning the tires that is a sign of going bad.

Your camera isn't really pointed at anything useful there, it just looks and sounds like you're rotating the tie rod a little bit until it is maxing out and making that noise.

My question was there suppose to be that much play and noise coming from that area while moving it? I get some time of rattling over bumps on that side as well coming from that general area while driving
