I'm considering a KC Pro6, 8 light overhead light bar. Problem is, when installed I won't fit into garage.

Does anyone take their overhead light bar on/off regularly? If so, problems or issues?

Another reason for removal might be for car wash access and theft prevention.
(Pic for reference, not my Jeep)

I don’t see an issue with doing it if you’re ok taking it on and off. It’s a large and heavy piece I’m sure. I imagine you’d want two people to do so. But if you have a use for it and it isn’t just for looks, then there isn’t an issues taking it on/off.

Do you have bumper mounted aux. lights currently?

IMO lights along the roof line are less useful than lights at bumper level. In any sort of inclement weather they are pretty much useless. Dust, same. Hood glare, common. Wind noise, better expect it.

Now for the amount of light you can throw ‘down that a way’. Can’t beat ‘em. Raw daylight-ish giggling bliss.

What does your current light setup look like? If nothing so far, I’d think about a big pair of LED pods, maybe 2 pair if you can fit them. And then a set of replacement fogs.

I’d find these ^^^ far more useable. Again JMO.

How often do you wheel at night? That thing would make a ton of wind noise. I have driven in a few Jeeps with light bars and the noise would not be worth it for me for the few times you actually use the light bar.
