Anyone know how to find train schedule?

So I don't remember where, but I remember stumbling across a post a while back that talked about the schedule & route for jeep rail delivery in Canada. Anyone else seen this or know where to find this?

in one of the sticky posts, they mentioned a company Cassens who does deliveries in Canada and you can track through their website. But not sure if it includes rail, or only trucking.
