Is it safe to top the reservoir off with zerex go5 antifreeze?

Personally, I do not like mixing brands of fluids... whether it be wiper fluid, antifreeze, etc.

Why not just go with the Mopar fluid..

I picked up the concentrated Mopar fluid at my dealer for $18 they didn't even add tax So basically 2 gallons once it's diluted 50:50 so $9 a gallon for the coolant that you know is the proper type for your JL.
