I am going to be installing an LC2i, PacAMP Pro, and two amps this weekend in my JLU. I am not willing to pay $224.00 for an amp platform made for the Jeep. Where are you guys installing your amps, etc for a good clean look? I am considering the PacAMP and LC2i under the dash, and the other two under the rear seat, or possibly under the front seats. Thoughts, opinions, experiences? Thanks.

There's room behind the glove box for the Amp Pro/LC2i, though I'm curious why you would be using an Amp Pro in addition to an LC2i? Both are LOC's, or am I missing something? I run an aftermarket headunit with RCA outputs (Alpine iLX-407), so I don't use an LOC. I do run a small Alpine amp (KTA-450), and that tucks in to a nook behind the glove box.

I already have the LC2i from my other car, so I was going to use that for my subwoofer only. I was going to use the PacAMP for my component speakers. I was hoping to be able to use the LC2i for both situations but I am told that I cannot do that.

I put my PAC AmpPRO above and to the left of the glove box using extreme velcro to hold it. I put my amp under the driver's seat. I cut a piece of pressure treated 1/2" plywood to the size of the amp and put that under the carpet, and then just screwed the amp into the plywood thru the carpet. Works like a charm. Sent that $230 JL Audio amp mount back to Crutchfield.
