I'm looking to fulfill a wish that I've held since high school and buy my first Wrangler!

I've drive the 2018 JK's, but I am looking more seriously at the JL's.

I'm posting on this thread because I am evaluating dealerships. I've visited Park in Burnsville and like the sales guy I spoke with. Any Minneapolitans have opinions on dealerships in the area, especially on the price front and the after sale service front?

I hope to join you all on some of the more beginner level trails in the area later this year!

I bought my original JK in Nebraska and moved here, got it serviced at Walser in Hopkins. Hated going into that place. No matter what the issue, they wanted to treat me like I knew nothing and that I was bothering them by simply walking in. Needless to say, I didn't even consider giving them my business when I started looking for a JL. I also ended up at Park in Burnsville, was pretty happy with the service and deal that I got there.

The guy I'm working with at Park seems pretty relaxed and friendly. So far he's working for me. The biggest thing will end up being final price. .I've got a trade and can bring my own financing, so if all else checks out, I'll likely go with them... But... Apple in Shakopee and the Jeep in Bloomington are both close as well. So far, I am leaning toward Park... Then, I just have to pick the config!

They didn't turn nasty or try to play hard ball even though I threw a little wrench in the deal when I asked to swap my wheels/tires over from my JK during the trade, so I'm pretty happy with my experience there. Even though I had to drive alllll the way across the Cities to get to them (I live in Robbinsdale).

We went with Fury Stillwater. #carsbymandie . She was amazing. We could not have had a better experience. It is at least worth a talk with her.

Well, I found a good deal on a summer only cruiser in the area! I picked up a 2012 Altitude with fewer than 45,000 miles and both hard and soft tops included. It drives well, has new rear breaks, passes my wife's color test (Dark Cherry Red), and a bunch of convenience features too.

I can't wait to pick it up tomorrow after they have it all ready for me! I'll miss my Mazda 3 S GT. It is a 6 speed manual and I've put all but 3 miles on it. I can't wait to make new memories in my new to me Wrangler!

Fellow Minnesotans my Mojito! JLUR was built last week. I don’t know how long it will take to get here but I will have a new set of 5 stock wheels, 285x70x17 BFG K02’s, and the TPMS sensors available for $1300 cash. I’m in Mankato but could arrange to have them at 4 Wheel Parts in Brooklyn Park. These would be a nice bolt on upgrade for a Sport or Sahara.
