Got my 2018 JLUS used in late 2022 and have been slowly upgrading when time and money allows. Certainly not the most impressive build on here so far but I've been wanting to do one of these threads for a bit.

So far I've added:
  • Lift - AEV Dualsport RT 2.5"
  • Wheels - AEV Salta XR
  • Tires - 35x11.5 Falken Wildpeak AT4Ws
  • Bumper - Rugged Ridge Arcus
  • Winch - Warn VR Evo 12
  • Rubi Rock Rails
  • Trim recoloring
Next steps are an onboard air compressor, sway bar quick disconnects, synthetic winch line, and then eventually swap for rubi axles.

Happy to see that you repainted it. You know what they say about black finishes.

Looks great! The stance and wheel choice fit nicely. What gear ratio are you running, and how is it handling the 35x11.5s? They're on my "one day" list.

Thanks! Still on 3.45 gears; it's definitely sluggish passing on the highway and 8th is rare but it's still perfectly drivable imo. Shorter gears would be ideal but I'm not in too much of a hurry.

Your Jeep looks great. I really like your tire choice. Those same tires are on my short list. Are yours the Load Range C version? How do they ride on the pavement compared to stock, specifically on rough pavement?

Thanks! Yes, they are load range C1. I ran the stock wheels/tires on my lift for a bit and they do feel quite a bit better than the stock 255/70R18s on the Sahara. Ride is still a bit harsh on rough pavement but I attribute that more to the lift than the tires.

Thanks for your reply, that really helps!
