You can go see Aaron Demelo at Greenway Jeep in Orlando. he is familiar with that piece and has offered to install into my vehicle. So if you still have this issue I know that he can do it for you.

I thought not only did you need an unlock code, but also needed to have a sales code flashed? Am I wrong?

it not necessary to add the sales code. as long as you have a pin it will work. . . . ( source, im on radio #3 in my JL and I am a Jeep Dealer Tech
