I know there has been some discussion on here about the 8.4" and the 7" screen resetting itself. This happened to me yesterday for the first time. Not sure what caused it but nonetheless, it happened.
One of the things I noticed is that it thru my speedometer off...about 4 to 5 mph again. Mind you that I had already had my speedometer re-flashed a couple of weeks back. What I noticed was that after the reset, the speedometer slowly reset itself back to where it was before the reset over a period of about an hour and a half or so. I also lost volume control to the radio as well as the ability to change stations. The NAV and everything else appeared to work just fine. My WiFi hotspot also stayed activated during the issue.
Would love to hear anyone else's experiences with this problem. I plan on discussing this with my dealership with my first oil change.
