Shouldn’t the ride be smoother because the ratio of unsprung to sprung weight will change? For example, the front and rear solid axles are heavy and unsprung weight. The chassis is the same as IC engine but you add about 900 to 1000lb for PHEV stuff, so the ratio has changed which should allow for a more favorable ride quality. The extra engine torque likely makes up for the acceleration penalty due to the added weight. There might be a little more weighty feel in the agility due to the added weight. Not sure...but can’t weight for the reviews to start rolling out.

I like that it will have a lower CG from the battery weight in the floor, assuming you don't add a roof rack, RTT, etc. can increase the range you can you get off-camber when you're off road. On the other hand more weight isn't great in really soft mud, or climbing slippery rocks.
