Was it used/confirmed working? I may be interested but a little concerned with the fact it's not the 3W.

installed and used for 14 months. Worked as it should. It’s probably made in the same factory as the 3W because all the wires (at the time I bought it) were the same colors/pattern.

Thanks for the quick reply! I just looked at a similar installation and it appears you need to wire it to the door side harness on the driver side, which would add the need for more connectors to take the doors on and off. Is that correct?

no problem! Actually you tap into the wires on the vehicle side of the door connector. That allows you to take the doors off with no extra steps.
