Does the Willy's have the wide rubicon D44s or just regular width 44s now?

In the picture of your Willy's next to your Sahara it just appears that the tires are tucked into the fenders a little more than a rubicon.

When I ordered my Willys V6 6MT back in July the tow package was automatically included. Now when I build a Willys, the tow package is optional and is not available in the MT? Anyone know if this is correct?
