Few items of note as the OP to the thread…

250 PAGES SINCE THIS WAS STARTED. I think that’s so awesome we’ve found community here to discuss our experiences and be able to talk about this stuff all day when the people at home are probably tired of hearing it! Thank you all so much for participating and hope you’re enjoying it! I’m convinced through all the headache and long wait times we’ll all get our Jeeps eventually ?

SECOND … can anyone beat 132 days at D status waiting for D1? Not a competition but I’ve seen so many come and go that ordered when I did I’m just trying to see who is left from around the same time frame… I have full faith that my newest order will hit D1 eventually but I’m just feeling out if I should totally abandon hope on this first one…

My order was confirmed May 3rd for similar build and still the same status as you.

I was lucky enough to pick mine up yesterday - Mitch and group at Ourisman did a great job - there was an issue with the SOT - but they’re going to take care of it for me

Can’t recommend Mitch and group enough - made the process easy and was well worth the drive down

That looks like a 2024 white 392 with hard top right next to yours. Where it be? lol.

Ya know. I think its about time for some serious conversations at the federal level to banish the franchise dealer law. No one likes the dealership experience. The middle man process causes additional confusion and overhead. Stellantis could fix the price to a non negotiable price fixed below current MSRP and still make more money. "Dealers" could switch to a viewing gallery and still service the vehicles. Something needs to change.

Ford is already discussing this business model. You would still be able to place an order through the dealership, but their primary function would be service/repair. Sadly, I lot of dealership would probably go way because their sercive department is so poor and the only way they are staying afloat is car sales! And, in too many cases those include some ridicules Market Adjustment!

I like this idea, but I think they'd still need to have a few on hand to test out. Sometimes you do want to drive it before you buy it.

Audi only keeps a few of the lower end cars on the lot as well. Anything else you have to order.

Happy Monday! Another long week of waiting. Went to Built on 7/27 with an estimated delivery date of 8/22 for my 2 door sport. Still no movement to shipped so I’m getting worried that it won’t make it considering I live in the Sacramento area. Hopefully we get some movement soon!
Mine is built as well, waiting for shipment to Woodland with an estimated arrival date of 9/8. Maybe they will catch the same train.

My Sport S went into production on Saturday:

Ordered 7/5
Confirmed 7/5
Scheduled 7/20
Production 8/11 with estimated delivery on 9/11

For those worried about 0EM and 4AK codes - I had those on mine before I went into production. From what I gathered, my timeline so far has been on the faster side of average.
That is exciting. I ordered a Sport S 2Dr with Soft Top on 6/28 and it is still in Confirmed. Is yours a 2dr with Soft Top? I am trying to figure out why my order is taking longer.
Thanks.

I know my wait really hasn’t been bad compared to some of y’all but so glad to finally be moving along. Dealer originally told me it would be here early August so I think that’s what killed my patience a bit. Hoping the delivery date moves up once it ships since my Jeep offer expires 09/10. ??

Mine shows built as well. I contacted the dealer and they said it's at KZP status. He said that means it's built, and it shipped to body vendor, and the body vendor has received it. I have estimated delivery of 8/31 in Arizona... Looking doubtful to make that date.

My dealer contacted me today telling me mine is at the same status - with the body vendor. But I have a 09/10 delivery to Colorado ?

Can you give us the other details? I am 60 days C/D and a common issue is the lack of 6cyl automatic transmission produced
