2022, here I come

Put down a deposit to hold a 2022 order slot for 2021 MSRP. It's not a good deal until you factor in that I'm in Korea and literally the only game in town is MAS, and I did not want to wait a few years till we are back CONUS to get the Jeep. So now I wait for the 2022 order sheets to get published and the order banks to open. The sales lady tried to suggest that custom military sales orders are prioritized but I don't believe that for a second. I think I'll be very lucky to have the Jeep by April '22. 8-10 months is longer than waiting for a baby.

Now I have a good reason to continue lurking...

MAS emailed today to tell me the expected deliver date is 3/16/2022. Haven't even placed the actual order, obviously, so not sure where that dates is coming from. /shrug

That makes no sense. How can you have a delivery date when the order banks for the 2022s aren't even open yet and you technically haven't even optioned, built and officially placed an order?
