2021 JLUR Blower Fan Noise?

Hello all, new to the JLU line. Had a 2006 LJR (should have kept it) that we replaced with a 2013 JKU Sport that we recently replaced with this used 2021 JLUR. Has/is anyone else having issues with a noise heater-A/C blower? Ours makes a humming noise starting as setting 5, louder yet at 6, and worse at setting 7. Sounds like a jet about to take off?? Any fix to pass along?

Update: I pulled the cab filter, it was not a OEM Jeep filter. It had been replaced in the 20k miles before we purchased it. I found a leaf and what looked like a piece of a hornets nest in the fan. Not to easy to get out as there is limited access. If these type of items find there way into the intake and you chance the filter, what will keep them from sliding off the top of the filter and fall into the fan below?
