2021 2.0 Non e torque Transmission leak

Hey friends, I made a post when this issue first started. Fast forward to now, my local dealer has replaced the trans seal, pan gasket, and even transfer case seal. The dealership requested a replacement transmission last week which was approved and we are awaiting delivery next week. We believe the leak is due to a porous case housing. So yea given the trans failed at 35k miles Im both happy Im getting a new/rebuilt trans and slightly worried it may fail again down the road. I heard of someone in a similar situation with a 4xe who negotiated an extended warranty due to such issues. How would I even go about that? Through the dealership? Don’t wanna cause dealership troubles as they have been absolutely great. They are also not the dealership I bought the vehicle from. Thanks for any advice!
