I am want to put 20x10 xd820 on 35x12.5. Is anyone running this setup? Will these rub? I want to put the 2.5 lift on the jeep but I can't do everything at once.

You should be fine. I'd ask a custom installer that specifically deals with Jeep wheel/tire installs. You want to keep the back spacing at 4.5" or less to keep from rubbing the LCA's - frame etc.
Also a 0 or negative offset (front curb side of wheel) especially on 9"- 10" wheel or wider.
Example:
20"x10"
Hub Bore: 78.10
Offset: -24
Backspacing: 4.5”
Weight rating: 2500 lbs.
Wheel Weight: 41 lbs.
Lug Type: CONICAL
Lip Size: 3.5”

Is the setup recommended for a Jeep
