So I just installed my mopar lift for my 2021 JLU Sahara 2.0 and was wondering if anyone else had an issue bolting up the front and rear bump stops. Im pretty sure I ended up cross threading both of my front bump stops trying to tighten the bolts at the impossible angle plus not being able to secure the top of it while inside the spring. Gonna have to end up taking it in to the shop to get these tightened up, embarrassing.

If you Run the nuts on and off the front threads a couple times outside the vehicle, it makes it easier. If you got them tight it should be fine, I think it’s the paint.

I didn’t have any issues with the rears.

The sway links were actually threaded different than the stock nuts. I ran to the hardware store and got the correct nuts.

As stated above running them on and off prior to install makes a huge difference. Then a strap wrench on the bump and a swivel head 1/4 ratchet with a short socket for the bottom.

Almost all front bump stops extension are installed the same way. Very tight space but not impossible. I know dynatrac lift comes with flag nuts that make installation much easier, which I think all lift manufacturers should adopt that. Or, Jeep should just weld the nuts. They already have holes drilled on JL whereas prior Jeep you have to drill them yourself. Well, maybe next generation they will take another step forward .. lol
