Yes, you can put the 18" wheels from a sahara on a sport.
Same bolt pattern
However, your tires from your 17s, will not fit the 18s, so you will need tires, if you are just buying wheels.
If it is a wheel and tire from sahara, then have at it, the overall tire diameter is the same between the 2, less sidewall for the larger wheel.

Good clarifying point. The 18 inch Sahara wheel AND tire take-off packages most are selling will fit fine but yeah, obv the 17 inch tires won't fit on the 18 inch wheels too well
