And so begins the build of my 12th Wrangler.

Picked it up 2 days go. Today I Installed the Banks Power Derringer, Pedal Monster and iDash. Went very smooth except for the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor being upside down. Of the 3 hours it took to install everything, 2 hours of it was fiddling blindly with various hooked tools to get the safety latch open to then be able to push the button and disconnect. Finished up just in time to get cleaned up and go to a party so haven't had a change to drive it, just set up the iDash and change to Auto Start/Stop. I'll review in the morning what other settings I might need to check then take it for a rip.

Lots of packages on the way.

Update: Got to take it out for a ride. Very happy. Definitely sucks you to the seat.

Got the new fenders in today. Hooke Road angled fenders and liners. Still waiting on the liners but I’ll put those in after the lift anyway.

The fit was fantastic. I didn’t have the thread for their rivnuts so I had to use their tool they provided which broke pretty easily so I had to make my own. Plenty of room in there now for wheels and tires next week and I’ve still got the spacer lift to put in this weekend.

It was a busy afternoon. Got the rear fender liners installed.

Before I started on the front the UPS man showed up with presents and I dove in.
Got the Lastfit aux switches installed. Need to zip tie all the wiring tomorrow under the dash but everything is operational.

Also got the AuCar Tesla screen installed and made sure it was all working as expected.

Tomorrow I'll be going through all the settings. I did the basics tonight but it got to be too cold out there. Also tomorrow I'll be getting the front fender liners installed, the Midland 275 installed and should be picking up the wheels and tires. This weekend the budget boost goes in while I wait a bit to buy the Metalcloak Lift.

Messed around with the front fender liners for hours today. They don’t fit the Sri er side due to some things on the diesel and on the passenger side they just look like crap so those aren’t going on. Instead played with the head unit a bit.

I just got GoRhino rear fender liners put on today (i admit I paid someone to do it :) )

I liked those because they are one sheet of metal and looked sturdy but they probably all do the same thing. Was that challenging to install? Look good

The "Tesla" screen was probably the easiest thing I've installed on the Jeep so far. lol You just need a trim panel tool or flat screwdriver to pop off the climate portion and the radio bezel. There are 5 screws to remove that you won't even reuse. Move the connectors over to the Tesla harness and and the Start Stop button and it clips back into place. My only concern is knowing how easy it is to pop off if thieves know that too it'll take 10 seconds to pop it off and disconnect the plugs and be gone.

GMRS - Midland 275 installed.

Mic extension is hidden and protected from the panel.

This was before tidying up all the wires and connecting the antenna.

Seemed like a decent place to mount it. Made a bracket and ran the cable along the top of the firewall to the driver side.

Tested it out and it's worked great. Have not tested range yet but I'm not all that worried since most of our comms are under a mile.

Looks real good. Interested in the AweJeeze it’s not a Tesla Tesla screen. We currently have a 21 Freedom (3.0) in sport trim. RC 3.5” w/ 33’s. (Didn’t want it too tall for wifey to climb in/out…because she would, lol). My big question, do you have trouble with fitment? Fender liners, etc?

I have had major issues with fitment of front fender liners. I finally just ordered a set of Artic Industries. I've seen them installed on several 3.0 with Falcon shocks so I'm confident they will fit.
