I’m sure there’s some overlap between Wrangler intenders and Land Cruiser intenders, but not a whole lot.

The Bronco is the closest we have to a direct Wrangler competitor. Then the 4Runner (which is due a refresh any day now).

It’s harder to see this much larger, much heavier, 3-row Land Cruiser as something that would compete directly with a Wrangler.

Yeah think it was just a forum opened to put all the comparisons in one location, not necessarily direct competition.

But I think for the average buyer they may look at not only Bronco/Wrangler but 4Runner, Tahoe(whatever it is called these days), other 4wd SUVs.

Many are well over 60K, there is one Rubicon for 59k in my town all the rest are mid 60s or more. Sure you can put one together irrelevant and not what I said. They are not worth 60k.

Well, that pretty much confirms the leak from Japanese media about two weeks ago.

It’s a nice looking front end. Surprised they decided to use the Land Cruiser name - would have thought the dimensions would be more in line with a next generation 4Runner.

As for durability and survivability the LC is legendary. Hopefully that won’t change.
