Hello, does anybody know if 1.25" wheel spacers will work using factory Rubicon wheels on the JL? I'm hoping my wheel studs don't bottom out in the wheel pocket. Any info is greatly appreciated!

No reputable company makes 1.25" spacers for the JL that I am aware of. You need 1.75" to clear the studs. You can grind the studs down but taking a half inch off seems excessive. Stock wheels have little recesses but I wouldn't take the risk with a half inch, better to by proper length spacers or wheels with correct backspacing.

With the old 15/8” spacers you’d need to grind down a bit to get clearance. Synergy has now discontinued those and makes the 1.75” spacers that don’t require grinding. Those would be the ones I’d suggest checking out. Spidertrax is great as well

What about 1/4 spacers such as these?

I know they're not advisable, but does anyone know if the stock studs are long enough to accommodate these?

1.5” spacers work fine with stock wheels. w
Old thread, but just confirming that 1.5” hubcentric spacers do work on my willys sport with rubicon wheels. Zero stud clearance issues due to the pockets on the wheels. They definitely won’t work with wheels without the relief pockets.

actually you can use 1" spacers with no issues...that is what I use with my oem wheels...I used clay to check the clearance and even with 1" spacers there is plenty of space with the oem lugs.....and oem wheels...

Just put 1.75 SPIDERTRAX on my 25 Rubi yesterday and was surprised at how much room there was with the stock wheels

Hey! Do you have any photos of how the offset looks now? I have a 2025 Rubicon as well and am considering doing the same thing.
