warn bumper

I just purchased a warn elite stubby front bumper to replace my oem plastic one, but noticed that it doesn't have holes for the factory led fog lights mine came with. I wanted to keep these, anyway I can still utilize them or do I just have to get some different fog lights and mount them on top...
