rust rusty bumper

Hi all. Few years ago I put a Rugged Ridge Spartacus bumper on my JL. It was a mess out of the box. Nearly every bracket was bent so I had to hammer them straight, welding flash landed in a bolt hole, could not mount bumper until they sent replacement, paint seemed to be very thin but hey...
