motor mount

As a DIY mechanic this is my first time changing engine mounts and I just can’t seem to slide it out. The only videos online is a youtube short, and alldata was only helpful up until this point It’s the left engine mount and I’ve gotten all the bolts off, and I got the bolts off the bracket...

Has anyone else blown a hydraulic motor mount? I have a 2020 2.0L and it blew up the drivers side mount a couple weeks ago, leaking hydraulic fluid everywhere and am having trouble finding a replacement. Anybody have this happen and found a good replacement part? Any install notes or suggestions...
