Thatās awesome the XR is finally going to be available on the 2 door! If it was available last year when I ordered my Punkān I absolutely would have gone 2 door, but I bought my first 4 door to get the Willys sport XR. I love my Jeep, but if they still offered Punkān Iād be tempted to trade for...
We are in this earth for a relatively short time, and the window in which we can afford and appreciate these jeeps is even shorter. If you can afford it and it makes you happy then do it. I bought a new Willys Sport this year just for the simple fact it was available in Punkān and Iāve always...
Way off topicā¦.. but you were right!
āRuh roh Reorgeā came before āruh roh Raggyā
I just looked it up to confirm and it turns out both dogs were voiced by the same actor!

Ok guys. Just jump all over my ass for confusing the two cartoon dogs...
I ride mules a lot on National Forests in Montana and Idaho and this worries me. There have been similar discussions up there for at least the last 25 years Iāve been going.
Itās really too bad different user groups canāt get along and share the resource. Intolerance of people who like to do...
I have a Willys sport XR with the 4 cylinder and average 21-22 mpg. Most of my driving is 60 mph on county roads. Goes down a little in town or on the interstate
One thing I didnāt see mentioned yet, the lsd works in 2H and 4H and will help you out with the snowy commutes in Denver. The Rubicon lockers only work in 4L so they are only an off-road feature. High Tide will out perform the Rubicon on bad weather commuting by a small margin.
Iād be surprised to see a big price jump right away. Theyāve been creeping prices up every couple of months for several years now and will likely continue to do so rather than one big jump.
All the brands seem to take that approach. Chevy HD trucks got all new interior and Allison 10 speed...
I personally didnāt like JKs when they came out because they were too big to be a āreal Jeep.ā Then after a few years I got one and it grew on meā¦ more power, better mpg, better handling, better reliability (in my case anyway). And it still had a decent manual transmission and clutch. And you...
There are Punkān Jeeps available on dealer lots right now. If you want an orange Jeep any time in the next few years Iād be searching hard for anything on a lot that fits most of your needs.
Itās always hard to say when a color might be available. They may offer it again tomorrow, but my bet...
Drove TJs for 4 years without a crack.
9 years in a JK and had the first crack last year. I also had a rock put a good sized dent in the windshield frame.
Got our first JL in ā21 and had a crack within 2 months. A second a few months later. A third a year later.
So 15 years of daily driving...
Both are very similar blue-grays but anvil is much darker. Like comparing the darkness of granite crystal vs silver zynith.
Anvil always struck me as a dark gray with a blue tint to it. Earl seems more of a light blue that sometimes looks light gray.
I donāt like it as well as hydro, but hydro has been available for too long now. Need to swap it out with something else. This seems like a good cross between hydro and bikini.
Do they actually pay an hourly technician at a lower rate when they work on warranty jobs? If thatās the case Iām starting to understand why they canāt seem to keep good mechanics at dealerships
Itās been quite a while since they did a metallic orange like mango tango or copperhead, but with Punkān just being out Iād bet it will be another year or two before we get another orange.
My bet would be on a tan based earth tone. Maybe a different blue.
