Add another 20 Rubicon to the list. Did it stock and still does it lifted on 37’s. Adjustable arms and have moved pinion from +1 to -3 and no change. I’m going to put Fox ATS steering stabilizer on to see if it will dampen the vibration in the steering wheel.

Great setup. This is my 2.5 overland on 37’s. The guys at Clayton are easy to deal with as well.

The color difference is odd. Mine are all the color of your carrier. And my hinge Pins are black.

It’s the tailgate mechanism that stops the door from swinging out. It binds up. There are 2 bolts where the mechanism goes into the tub. Loosen the 2 bolts and let the catch move as far forward as it will go. It will move enough to free the strap from binding.

That setup looks really good!

It’s the coolant pump for the intercooler. Runs for about 10 mins after shutdown to cycle fluid around to help with temps.

I didn’t have to drill spring perch for bump stops, bolt went right in. Had to cut the sway bar links though. Other than than it was just wrenching. I bought the Fox 2.0 from Clayton for shocks

Just finished the install of my 2.5 Overland Plus setup with 37s. Great setup!

20 2.0T and 93. Be staying 19.5-20.5 on my reg commute. Just finished my lift and 37's so I'm sure the 93 will help with the extra load on the motor.

Looks like we all in the same boat. Lol. Small price to pay I guess for that piece of mind.

Time change has made the morning wierd. .

I almost trimmed the horns and moved winch forward as my plate has one more set of holes forward. Was doing lift after winch install and was ready to get started so I left it.

He must have gotten our very similar names confused. Lol. I think the frame is a little wider than my JK was, but the JK had more room front to back.

That is exactly how mine is with Maximus plate. I guess it’s so big that’s only place it can go. Thanks!

I have the Maximus 3 winch mount and factory steel bumper. Winch is as far forward as it will go due to hitting frame horns. It’s super close to the grille. Is everyone’s this close?

Talked with them today and they said they didn’t see the new bulletin. Correct parts ordered “in theory” so we will try again. Lol
