Been running my 37" yokohamas for the last year and a half. ran them at 18 lbs on 7-8-9 rated trails. damaged 3 wheels with boulder and rock strikes. used a 1-1/4" and no other adjustment and can achieve full articulation and no rubbing on the front. rears rub the plastic a little.
so...
Okay, I wired in my Baja Designs S8 this weekend which included back lighting when the lights are off. I didn’t realize it was 3 distinctive lights. So now I can go for those 12” spacers for my wheels.
Thank BDs
The Slimlites haven’t been adjusted or used as of yet. I only noticed the hood glare when I saw it in the pic, I never noticed it while testing the while driving.
Lol, I’m on a budget, you’d never expect a Jeep Owner to pinch pennies.
I also didn’t need that many lumens for fog lights, these are still too bright.
But they are so easy on the eyes when just using the S8s for driving at night :)
I run 37s and I don’t have any problems with a single. I even help others out when I’m done. For us, it’s no race before hitting the road. Gives you time to get a drink or snack and say your goodbyes to your buddies.
Just got my tracking,
I guess it's time to wash the Jeep for real this time. It rained in southern California last week so I took the jeep out of the garage so mother nature could wash it.
But if I'm going to install new stuff, I may as well use soap.
I had a pull to the right that I had the dealer check twice. I wanted it fixed before adding lift and 37s.
I decided not to wait and install my Clayton 2.5 Overlander lift and 37" tires. Damn thing drives straight as an arrow. I can let got of the steering wheel above 65 mph.
I suspect it may...
