I don't think an oil separator delete would be a good idea, especially on the 2.0 Turbo since it is a GDI (gasoline direct injection). With a GDI, you don't have a fuel mixture going through past the intake valves to clean carbon build up and gunk - meaning you're going to have to go in there...

The one by the lower mounting tab? That's for the overflow if your coolant system builds up too much pressure. You can see the tube coming out just under the cap, then runs through the top of the tank to the bottom as a vent. Better down than everywhere!

It's actually a courtesy feature. This way you don't feel bad making the first scratch on your Jeep. You paid extra for that.
