The few ornaments that are mine are extremely sentimental too. Most were gifts from people who aren't around anymore. My newest one has my dog's paw print on it, and a lock of his fur in it. First Christmas in 22 years without him.
On a lighter note, I have a few my cousins made in school for me a couple years ago, and a couple I've had since I was little.
