Trina, after living in this state I can validate that there are absolutely " no brains" in our so called elective officials or applied in any decision making process.

Having lived in several states, I can assure you California is not alone in this regard. I'd wager there are 49 others with similar brain deficits...

I had one single trick or treater last night. One little boy dressed as a Ninja and his dad was Bon Jovi. The rain kept all of the other kids at bay.
The church down the street where my wife works moved their Trunk or Treat inside of their gym, and it was PACKED!

First frost of the year down here this morning. Nice and thick because it rained a ton last night.

When is CA going to become the first solar powered state? Seems like a no-brainer to me

Theres a lot of that already in place. There was a big solar farm just off base in 29 Palms, then a big wind farm down in Palm Springs. Theres also a Nuclear plant in Pendleton, and the Hoover Dam that provide a ton of power to SoCal. I'm not even sure if there's a coal plant around at all.
