What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

2) Rockslide Engineering Step Sliders installed. LOVE them... while it wasn't crazy hard getting in and out without the motorized steps, adding these makes it easier. DEFINITELY easier for my wife now.

I was looking at that same bumper...glad to hear others like it too. How was install? And are you happy with it?

I'm happy with it but will need to get a winch to fill in that large cavity in the front or maybe get some black diamond plate to cover it up. There were other bumpers I liked more but they weighed a lot more than 70lbs and I was looking for something lighter since my rear bumper is around 65lbs. I was going to get the Quadratec QRC bumper for $350 but it weighs 120lbs. I also like the bumper with the X cutout on the sides but it wasn't full width. I really liked the Westin full width but it's $695. Install was simple. I had some friends put it on while I laid underneath and put the washers and nuts on.

Got the Quake Slim LED Turn Signals installed & had the fenders trimmed to make it look “stock”. Also put some Synergy 1-5/8” Wheel Adapter Spacers on my Mopar Beadlocks to push them out some.

Added a Ratussystems bumper bar with integrated light mounts with a Rigid 10” light bar. I wired it in to my Aux. switches.

Hey bud, where did you get your shocks from? Are they fox reservoirs? I didn’t know they had them for jl. I know they’re coming out with 2.5 reservoirs but thought the 2.0s were just for jks.

Sweet, thanks. What springs you have them paired with?

I have their stage 1 kit coupled with the shocks. Rides awesome. I have a 2.0T w/One Sky Touch & had to put 3/4” Daystar spacers on the front & rear passenger side to correct a lean though, but other than that, it’s great. I may swap out my end links for SteerSmarts ones to further reduce body roll.

its a Napier backroads tent that attaches to the back of the jeep. I had already built a platform in the back of the jeep to sleep on but thought this would be a plus to have, and well I sent it back after this trip. it was just too time consuming setting it up and attaching it by myself. its also a tent and was very noisy at night and I must have giant ears cuz I hear everything and anything lol including 1 night where I was awoken by a mouse that got stuck underneath the tent and I had to get out of the jeep at 3am and lift up the tent enough where I was able to grab him/her and carefully send him/her the other direction and so I think I'll stick to just keeping it simple on my platform.

I meant to add in my original post that my base jeepy did very well in 4wd on the rougher trails. I didn't get any of them on camera cuz everything in the jeep was flying around as u can imagine lol.

I averaged 24-25 mpg for the couple hundred mile trip for those curious which is right inline with my other long trips. Im hoping to get an aux fuel tank so I can have a 1000 mile range.
