What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Today was front window tint and clear bra for hood and fenders.

Did you leave the rears alone? Looks like the fronts match the rear pretty well. Any issues with the front tint at night? Looks great!

Didn’t mess with the rears. Did the fronts at 20% to match. Haven’t driven it at night yet since it’s been done.

Removed Rubicon stickers, put all my prior car goodies in after picking it up last night, and put the rear cargo tray that I ordere in. Sill guards and grab handles should get her Friday.

Can you give us more info on the clear bra. Is that something you can do yourself? Approximately how much to get I done?

Installed Mopar slush mats. These are FAR improved over the mats on the JK's. These are very much like the Weathertec style for about $70 less. They even have holes in them where, presumably, the drain plugs are. Nice!

Also all packed up for a trip to Estes Park, CO straight after work, Stanley hotel in the morning, then back to town for a day resort trip. Delayed Vday trip for the lady.

It allows you to take everything out at once. It has handles on the side. It does it up a little space though.

Still a rock catcher. Caught a rock and customized my windshield. Gonna be interesting to see how I get it fixed, since it should be a specific windshield for the Alpine Audio package.

I caught a rock as well...

I have the Alpine stereo and was told the replacement windshield was $525. Fortunately I have a $100 deductible.

I was too busy driving it around to post when I picked it up! First thing I did was to drive it 1170 miles home to Duluth MN.

Did you buy from Craig at Koons? He was coloring in his state map when I bought mine and said the guy was driving it back.

It’s a 3M film. I had them take the vinyl wrap off the rear fenders because whoever installed them did a crappy job. Went 18” back on the front fenders and hood and the to to top of the “curve” on the rear fenders. Tech said there’s a 10 yr warranty on it. Supposedly if it gets scratched or nicked a little time in the sun will heal it. I paid $200 for that and $100 to get the front windows tinted.
