I've lived in an old trailer like that, ain't no big deal, its modest. Living simply gives you more money for JeepinI think its because there's just an old single wide trailer to live in on the property though. Could use an upgrade, and renting the fields to local farmers might help pay for that.

heh, I didn't read that far into it, I was flabbergasted at the low price considering its right near Pilot Mountain. Renting the fields out and building a permanent house would be a good plan.
Still an initial investment of $500-$700k, depending on the house you build.
