Jeep humor waiting room ( ** NO POLITICS ** )

[rant] So, I'm leaving my job in two days. Boss begged me to stay. This week they eliminated the rest of my department (two others that work for me). I need to meet with my boss to discuss the new transition, since I planned on transitioning my duties to my staff--until yesterday when the positions were eliminated.

Had a one hour meeting scheduled for today. Boss not in his office. I text him "you here? are we meeting?" He replies "I'm fucking buried right now".

So, I get no direction on how he (the CEO) wants to handle stuff. Oh, well. I guess it isn't my problem in two days.

You ain't the only one. When I was medically retired I had enough time to do a turnover as a Platoon Sergeant but not as the Substance Abuse Control Officer... Every time I asked who was replacing me they just said they'll let me know... right up until the day I had my DD-214 in hand they still didn't know... I just left a binder with some information and contacts on the desk in my office... Hopefully they figured it out in the two years since I left.

I enjoyed this one but I did skip around thru it. Similar music tastes kinda. I'm pretty sure I saw more than 10 Jeeps.

I had 100's of tunes but cleaned it out and haven't reloaded ...shame on me !

I admit I love the beach, and enjoy spending time there. So I love the pics Dan posts. Every time we go to the beach, I take sunrise & sunset pics for myself. There's something comforting about that time of day, to me.
