So now I'm confused. My tires say M&S, but don't have the mountain with the snowflake.... are they still winter rated? The goodyear website says yes but I'm not so sure.

Thats what I thought. But I got through the snow with zero problem with these tires as well.

On the awesome news front, I got this in my email today. This is just the important snippet of it:
I will be working on the case in the next day or two and will grant the LTC Medicaid. I will send you a notice when I do.

The keyword here is "grant". Finally!!!!!!

I've been in this place for 6.5 years - watched it go from a scrappy startup with "can do" attitude to a place that has more politics and bureaucracy than its size would warrant and "not my problem" being the motto. Time to bounce ;-)

goal # 1.1 is to finish the kitchen remodel (I'm doing it myself) - so far i'm in the demolition and screaming "why the f would somebody do it this way?" mode as I find more and more things that need to be fixed.
