You don't have to Trina for what you use her for , That vid I put up with 35s and no lift looked pretty damn good!!

You could also go with some nice 33s and wheels also

Take your time and make your own choice
The way I see it, I can always install a lift later :)

Which tire is the best for that?
Well. I guess the ones that came on my Jeep, lol. Goodyear Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure with Kevlar. They seem to handle the mud and hills pretty well. Very small rocks too. But once they wear out I'll keep my eye out for some KO2s or Duratracs that will fit my wheels.
