Good morning.

Just to chyme in on the "Instant Pot vs. Crockpot" topic. I have both and I don't think the Instant Pot is a complete replacement for a slow cooker. For instance, I'd still do any kind of soup/stew/sauce in the slow cooker especially if it has any kind of noodles or soft vegetables in it. The Instant Pot is great for cooking things quickly but it will turn vegetables and noodles to mush very quickly. Recipes often call for you to cook the meat for a certain amount of time, then depressurize and add vegetables and then bring it back up to pressure/temperature. It's kind of a hassle. I also think the slow cooker is still better for meats that take a long time to break down such as pork. I still make carnitas in the slow cooker.
Should also mention, InstaPots pull about 1kW depending on model...much harder to run in the back of a Jeep during a road trip...:bandit:

I remember that kitchen! I wish our stovetop was as easy to clean as that one....:)
Same here...that stove was very nice to work with. Like his tools, OB stocks quality cookware :like:

Hmmm, about 15 to 20K lbs of Jeeps being pulled by 7650lb limit? No problem whatsoever.....
In my defense, that was before my coffee.

Anything that collects dust in the city is taking up valuable real estate that could be used for, well, Jeep parts!
