Seems ridiculous, but it’s the honest truth at our house. Hubby and I work too much.

Mine passed away at the age of 41 about 5 months ago .." don't know why I shared that " But there a certain things that are time consuming when your lifestyle is always on the go !

I had a lawn care business take care of my yard this summer also

so I made some adjustments like cancelling my cable and landline and I backed way off on eating out and went back to cooking at home .
basically finding ways to compensate for a cleaning service and a lawn service , I have neither of them now but I'm sure I will find someone again

It was a lovely evening.

Yes, chilly though. Cold enough for THAT part of my brain to convince me that Gluhwein was the perfect beverage. As I’m ordering it, my brain is going, “You know you hate gluhwein”. My cold hands and body were going, “Don’t listen, this time will be different from all the other cold but charming times you’ve had it”.

It wasn’t.

Everything outside of the gluhwein was amazing, though. The carollers, making bannock with my daughter at the fire pit, her father and her dipping candles, all the food.... It was a very special night.

In the short time I have been interacting in these threads, I have discovered that MORONS are universal, and we all have to deal with them!
Speaking of phone in lap, I saw a person recently with their ipad sitting on the steering wheel, typing with one hand, and attempting to hold on to the wheel & ipad with the other. ON THE INTERSTATE DURING MORNING DRIVE TIME
