I use to fly Trusses on 2 and 3 story buildings back when I was young , fearless and dumb . Rainy days meant no work so - Bar !

came home about 1:00 in the afternoon STARVING !!! so as any drunk does we eat !...I was making this gigantic hoagie ..masterpiece !!! layers and layers staggering back and forth like a monkey playing Jenga ....made my way to the kitchen table and took my 1st bite ,,,,then 2nd bite ...chewy ???
3rd - 4th - 5th bite and for the life of me I couldn't figure out why or what was making my prize winning Sammich so tough to bite into

I closed one eye to focus and noticed that I didn't unwrap the single slice cheese ...
