We were just talking about that, at least their garbage is biodegradable, the crap people throw out of car windows is not!

True & an excellent point! There should be a special penance for those who litter. I’ve never been a tree hugger, but I’ve gotten to the point where my recycling always outweighs my garbage. Buuuuut, if I’m required to pick up sweet baby Cooper’s lil turds, it should also be mandatory that steaming shovel full quantities shouldn’t be left behind, to get kicked up by tires & splattered on vehicles.

I get it that driving over Road Apples can be a pain and having to pick up lawn apples and carry that swinging bag-o-poo all the way home with you is also a pain but there's pros n cons compared to what my Rig puts out in the environment and what Mr Ed dumps on the road ..

The Mennonites and Amish in my area scoop da poop as a courtesy and not because of law and in some areas there are Amish going to court over the orphaned dung left behind .

Horse droppings or dog droppings all dry up or dissolve in a matter of days anyway But I guess it would be nice if they were disposed of
