I did look into my whole jeep wave service agreement and I see they have me marked for 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotations ...I've only had one of each

My bet would be replacement. I doubt they're going to have Joe Mechanic re-weld your track bar to factory specs.

The parents who think I know nothing about vehicles, or my own Jeep for that matter, have told me about it twice now. Saturday morning dad tried to inform me of it, but I cut him off saying I knew about it a while ago & had already checked. Vida is fine. Mom just messaged me tonight, with a picture of an article in her Facebook feed, where she spends hours of her day posting dozens of things. I’m not even responding.
