A little over the top in my opinion. I think what keeps drawing me back to the Mopar setup is the understated tone. I don't want a giant overbuilt behemoth, just a slightly more capable Jeep. Lots of the aftermarket bumpers have these sharp angles and hard edges which turn me off.

I would say I'm going for the "walk softly but carry a big stick" approach. I don't know; these aftermarket things seem too "loud" to me.

My bumper is a bit angular, but not over the top and, I feel it compliments the lines of the front of the JL. In my opinion anyway :)

I think the bumper on the referenced Jeep is a good one, but everything else is over the top. lol

Of course. To each their own. @Blodgetter has an aggressive bumper too. It's your Jeep - far be it for me to pass judgement on how you build it. ;):fist bump:

Look, if I was building a dedicated trail monster, I might look at something like that. But Gabby is, first and foremost, a daily driver. (She just happens to be a daily driver that can crawl straight up a mountain :involve: ). My gut just disagrees with the look for my Jeep.
