Jeep humor waiting room ( ** NO POLITICS ** )

Morning all...

Got a text last night ordering me to the field this morning...but my laptop was still at the main office. So! This morning, I:

-Got up at 5:45AM (having fallen asleep after 1:45AM)
-Morning routine (shower, breakfast, clothes)
-Drop coffee off in Jeep (easier to carry laptop without my Contigo in my bag
-Took subway to Manhattan, stop at Starbucks for a jump-start latte
-Arrived at locked, empty, dark office at 7:15AM
-Retrieved laptop, re-locked office
-Took subway back to my apartment
-Stopped at grocery store to get deli sandwich in anticipation for lunch today (I had a craving for some reason ; pics will follow )
-Drive to field office in heavier than usual traffic; arrive at 8:15AM
-Disinfect the desk I'm borrowing (currant occupant is out sick)
-Put out several small fires
-Catch up on JHWR shenanigans

Ugh...is it 3:30 yet?

Rough start there bro! Hope the rest of the day goes betterer.

Truth be told, I will be shooting for the 7-730 hour in the future, now that I have a set of keys. Quiet is nice, yes, but it's usually pretty quiet in there. Best part is when you can pack up and waltz out the door at 3:30 carefree.
