Maybe poorer circulation in that case. Use a convection bake setting if you have one. Wrap the crust in foil to keep it from burning.You know, come to think of it I didn’t have as many problems before we got this new stove about 3 years ago...so you think my temp is too low? I’m thinking of pumpkin pies, the crust is on the verge of burning but the toothpick doesn’t come out clean in the center.
