OK, do the tires. Then bumper & winch. How can you expect to have a wench without a winch? :giggle::giggle::giggle:

It works... it really works.

The GoPro in charging mode. That gray power supply on the lower left is the charger for the Jambone speaker. I guess this is now my charging station. LOL

Going to swing by the store to pick up some Meguiar's or other compound to buff them out in the next few days, hopefully it will do the trick... I don't have the heart to tell my wife she scratched up the Jeep -- this will be a clandestine operation, so shhhhh!. -- Really wish I'd looked more into the clear coating protection that other folks were applying to their rigs right off the lot.
Sorry if you know this, but just trying to help.

Start with the lightest compounds and pads, then work your way up. Start with a detailer, then something a little more abrasive, then keep moving up a little bit. You will be surprised what can "buff out", but you don't want to start with something with a really heavy grit if you don't need it.

You can google (BRAND) compound chart, like this one for reference. This one is good because it has more than one brand. Think of it like wood...if you have a scrape in your kitchen table you could get a plane out and shave it right down, or maybe just 200 grit works...or maybe 800. Polish compounds are the exact same.

GL with it and glad you know it's just a car! A shame, but worse can happen! :fist bump:

Wow...like 120 pages behind...what a week.

Story time. Went to pick up jeep for warranty service.

Wife says she'd like her own jeep.
I said, sure maybe I could just give you mine sometime.
W: No, like MINE.
M: yeah, it would be yours, I'd get something else. (Seeing a blue JK cheif which I like a lot).
W: Like that one. I'd want to get my OWN.

LOL.

I really liked the look of the LODs, but went for the Iron Cross instead. I need a good step, for myself and my little.
Nice...went with the MOPAR sliders...was nervous to get something on the first couple days I had it so it wasn't akward for the kids! Ends up wife and kids love the jeep, so I'm sure they wouldn't have cared if my JLUR didn't have a step right off.

If I had to install OEM lights that's what I would do
Look 10 times better than surface mount

and shit
I didn’t like any of the surface mounts he was showing me, and there were plenty! He did his due diligence fo sho!!! I’ll just wait it out & see what I think as more things hit the aftermarket. :time:
