I can’t remember who had the Sasquatch on theirs quite a few pages ago. I had to go with a T Rex on mine instead since everyone says I have little baby T Rex arms plus it’s a Jeep you know.

Added my second rightline gear bag to the roll cage along with a couple of d rings. After that I actually rescued an almost new pressure washer that a friend was gonna toss, it just needed a good carb cleaning. It will come in handy for the excessive winter mud.

I got my way over-priced reinforcement kit installed today. Not too hard to do. I got it done myself but there are a couple of steps that would have been easier with another set of hands. This is prep for the new tires and wheels ( Black Rhino Warlord and 35" K02 ) that get installed on Sept 6. I also raised the third-brake light as suggested by others in the forum. Hopefully that'll take care of the bigger tire issue. Now just have to see if it all works with my Yakima Backswing and Dr. Tray rack I got last week.

Did your Yakima backswing work with your 35 inch tires? Could you post some pictures of this with the 35s? I have a Kuat Pivate that hits the bottom of my tire on my stock JL Sahara. Thinking about taking it back and getting the Yakima. Would like to know if it will work with 35s

Nice setup there. I passed by Leith Autopark the other day on my way back from umpiring in Apex and almost stopped in just to try and convince my wife that she can have my Sahara and I get a new Rubi.

Did your Yakima backswing work with your 35 inch tires?

@Cookiedawg the answer there is NO -- it did not. Once I got my 35" spare on there, the release lever for the Backswing was positioned directly UNDER the tire :-/ We're almost out of bike season up here in MN so I'm not going to worry about this until next May, but ultimately the solution is likely going to be a 7" hitch extension.

I got an Alien Sun Shade the other day. Took a chance on the green one and it's as close to Mojito as you can get. Happy with the color but for you tall people, it's going to steal a lot of head room. I'm 5'7" and I have about an inch over my head with that thing installed ( and the seat positioned where I like it ).

I also got an orange pouch for the front. Not as happy with this shade of orange. It's got a lot of red in it. Would have liked it to be a bit more tangerine, but it's fine. I may get the cherry red tho instead.

No lift, ride is basically the same and gas mileage the same if not a touch higher. I average 20.5 in the country, slightly less on the thruway.

Did you recalibrate your speedometer after adding the tires? If not, then your odometer is off and mpg will be as well.
