Not to be an asshole, but how did the Rubicons fare?
Wrikki had to head home early, so Goose was the only Rubicon that went all the way up. Goose did great, but so did Eve. The consensus is that Gabrielle needed better tires.

We need some 4 doors to test next time!

Oh! Gabrielle got to use her skid plates Saturday! No pictures (sorry :giggle::bandit: ) but there is a wee little scratch on the fuel tank skid.

50% of the Rubicons made it to the top, and 66% of the sports.....

ok... So there may have been reasons not having anything to do with the type of Jeep, but this is a lesson in the way statistics can be misleading!

I like Jeeples, Jeeps, and Italian cooking. With a particular fondness for.... oops, gotta take this call

lol, the "should have waited" voices are bugging me again lol.
I’m grateful to Jeep. I have no should have waited voices. No other engine is being paired with a manual, which was a must-have for me. And Mojito is gone.

I’m confident I bought exactly the right Jeep at the right time. (Except I regret not getting leather)

I can tell you, the Rubicons are built for this stuff, that bunny slope was no problem in the least.
Some were black diamond slopes, actually...including that one. Again, soft ground and loose rocks made every Jeep spin a little.

I did watch a video where tires make the difference. I’m curious because I’ve trekked through deep mud, but not much else.!
