I'm very warm natured lol. Growing up in the South, then getting shipped off to Iraq and Afghanistan and then 29 Palms... But I guess I'm unique.

May I suggest a relocation to somewhere say.... Asheville or Boone, NC? Up in the mountains, gets plenty of snow in the winter without going full lake effect buried alive snow. And close to some Jeepers you know...
