I wish I could have recorded it Mike and Everybody ! ..there was some delegating and negotiating and praises were given !
The project manager showed up ! and was cooperative with me and the clients " I'm guessing the owner of the business had a chat with him " . ..I pointed out a few mistakes and he agreed to correct them without huffing and puffing .." rare for a PM to own up to any mistake "

Clients were very happy with the way the project was going and how everything was falling into place !

Found out they own a 2015 Willies after seeing La Sancha so I took m to lunch in her and then to the granite and tile distributor to make some final selections on backsplash , shower benches - etc.

Big confident smiles and a hug from owners wife as they went back to the airport !!

I'm still not outta the woods with the PM but the day went very professional !!!!
